Hi Michael.  As we add more content, we will probably re-sequence the order of the include files in humanres.adoc but that is no big deal. I will update the Documentation Team wiki page to include the formatting standards you suggest, and once you have committed the patch, I will write some content for one of the areas for the team to look at.
