I'm seeing similar problems at [http://james.apache.org/download.cgi#Apache_James_Server] for james-project-3.5.0-source-release.zip  and  james-server-app-3.5.0-app.zip .  The listed sha512 doesn't match the sha512 that I compute from the downloads of several mirrors.

Moreover, the mirror it suggests (*[https://mirrors.gigenet.com/apache/james/server/3.5.0/james-server-app-3.5.0-app.zip])* doesn't even exist; I get "This site can’t be reached."
