I thought it for these two reasons:
- it is a multiform, wherein a file is uploaded and causes similar issues on all such forms
and secondly the as per the service records, some of the context is missing from the request, so maybe it has been cleared off as mentioned on that ticket.
Just a guess, though I am working to confirm it locally.
