PR#62 have been created,
This PR should be apply only after PR#59 OFBIZ-11577 Marketing docbook migration, it's a branch from Marketingg (needed by user-manual update)
Included all docbook files remove, so should be merge only after OFBiz help system adaptation to asciidoc files
