I see no necessity to change the formatting into <screen name="CommonRoutingDecorator"> and RoutingScreens.xml by and large (see thelicense HEADER for instance)
Also why not put <screen name="RoutingParties"> at the end, to facilitate the review of RoutingScreens.xml?
Also same type of remark than in OFBIZ-5706:
