Yes, the reasoning behind it is that it is there to convenience somebody. As the context behind this video

However, if and when changes are implemented on a survey response (outside of the survey parameters, e.g. By a survey manager or admin) these changes should be logged (ncluding by whom and when) for audit and accountability purposes.
