Hi Parinya,
Better to use OFBIZ-6802 than the complete URL because Jira is aware of OFBIZ-6802 but not of the complete URL (who knows why ;)).
So when OFBIZ-6802 will be closed it will be reflected in OFBIZ-6802 but not in the complete URL.
I found this trick particularly useful when quickly browsing in Jira issues, thanks!
