[~taher] I am working this issue at the moment, and I set the title and priority as I see fit (with my personal TODO list in mind). You can set the priority of the issues you're working on as you see fit. You don't see me complaining about how you prioritize them.
Furthermore, the patch is based on the information gathered through the OFBiz Label Manager. Apparently something is wrong there, I suggest you fix that first, before complaining about how I set a priority of an issue.
Also: before you start complaining to contributors working on issues, I sugget you work the ones on
