I fixed my previous commits, there is no themes webapp so no URL at {{/themes/common/webapp/images/ofbiz_logo.png}} It's only {{images/ofbiz_logo.png}}.
Done at r1820978+1820980+1820982. It's also wrong in R17 so I reverted r1820867 at r1820993 but made things consistent at r1820995

There are 3 locations: svn repo, main site and wiki. We should link as much as possible from our svn repo. I even wonder if we should not ALWAYS link to it, even from the main site!
