Currently, we are using bootstrap 4.0 beta-2 , now bootstrap has released bootstrap 4.0 stable, so upgrading bootstrap.min.css & bootstrap.min.js to stable version and removing popper.js because it is no longer required, bootstrap has fixed issue in stable release in which we need to add popper.js separately.
Attaching the patch for the same.
