I don't really understand what you mean.
Do you suggest to create a new class for this one {{button-bar}} to style this one, or do you want to style all {{button-bar a}} containers to look like buttons?
Both versions have some issues though:
* We already have many different styles off buttons in OFBiz (button-bar a, button-bar button-style-1, button-bar button-style-2, sometimes links inside of lists, sometimes button-containers, sometimes styled through buttontext and sometimes styled through input or inputSmall, etc.)
* Styling all button-bar links can result in some unwanted buttons (maybe). This has to be checked in all themes before someone can make a commit.
I don't really know what would be best here. To make such a big workaround just because the Tomahawk theme has some different styling at this point seems quite stressful and unnecessary, but I don't really see a good way to accomplish what I first intended without doing some extra work.
The easiest way would be to not transform all the links into uppercase text, but this seems to be the main point of links in this theme, so it would be not that good of an idea after all
