Please follow the mentioned steps to update the order item quantity:
# Navigate to the Order entry page.

# Add Item in the cart.
# After adding Item in cart refresh the page and check the order item qty.
# Enter the desired qty for an item in the Qty field.
# Navigate to the create sales order tab.
# Click ''Recalculate Order" button and check the updated Qty and Order total.
