That works only if you use admin or such. If you use DemoCustomer for instance then you don't have access to partymgr. So unfortunately using
bq. <form method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" action="<@ofbizUrl controlPath="/partymgr/control">uploadPartyContent</@ofbizUrl>">
is not a valid solution. We still need to find a definitive solution...
