As per ticket description, it seems that there are two issues reported and both are in same screen but unrelated to each other and because of this we can not push the fix and resolve the ticket until both issue resolve so IMO we should create two separate tickets if they are not related and dependent on each other.

*#3* seems due to missing function so providing patch to fix this issue.
