Thanks [~lodhiravi] for the additional steps, I am now able to regenerate the issue.
Along with this, I also checked that even if you do not select any radio button and let's say, set the postal code in Postal & area code in Telecom then the same error is displayed.
I think the whole feature has some bug. I am looking deep into this and will share more details soon.
