Actually, yes, we are far along in the incubation (and have been for a couple of months) that we _have_ to include Apache in our name and such, so in a way we really should have made these changes a little while back and on review I guess not having made these changes could even get in the way of graduation.

So, it's good to get this done... and so I just committed these changes and a couple of other little cleanups. I'll get those  promoted to the live site in a few minutes (after I do a little testing).
