I tried to migrate the content from wiki using the PDF export which has the best representation of the content on wiki. I used [https://asciidoctor.org/docs/asciidoctor-pdf/] for that. But, despite using \{{chcp 65001}} maybe because being on Windows it ended with:

I also tried to export to Word, save to HTML but I get the same issue and anyway PDF render best.

Also I think we could prune a bit the wiki page. I wanted to remove reference to Svn but we need to end support of R16 for that. So all in all,  I think it's better to wait this stage...
