Hello All, 
I have added the patch for the conversion of *createContentAlternativeUrl* service to groovy, with the following changes:
 * Added the groovy service implementation
 * Updated the service definition
 * Removed the mini-lang version of the service

This service is used in internally in *createMissingContentAltUrls* service.

It would be great if someone can please review the patch and let me know if I missed something.
