PR#59 have been created,

This PR should be apply only after PR#39 OFBIZ-11416 Manufacturing docbook migration, it's a branch from Manufacturing (needed by user-manual update)

Included all docbook files remove, so should be merge only after OFBiz help system adaptation to asciidoc files
