PR#13 add :
 * ofbiz-plugins / ProjectMgr, migration of docbook help files to asciidoc, most of files have been directly included in project-mgr.adoc


PR#15 add:
 * ofbiz-plugins / ProjectMgr, remove all docbook help files migrated to asciidoc, most of files have been directly included in project-mgr.adoc.
