Apart the accouting page, I have copied in source and deleted the other children pages of the https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBENDUSER/Base+Application+stack

I have also deleted the webtools page but kept for now the https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Framework+stack page
