Jacques, Thank you very much for your remarks

I will test in the release branch to see which corrections are possible to backport

For the warning, I dont't think it's necessary to open a Jira as I suppose it's a asciidoctorPdf bug

After checking buildbot log I will close the jira

PS: about commit message, I have corrected my local configuration to avoid to split commit message. I will check if it's correct now
