Hello [~jleroux], sorry for less details. Here is the steps,
# Go to Catalog > Product > Content
# Select 'Image' product content type in Create New Product Content and click 'Prepare Create' button
Edit Product Content form will open. Here image upload option is missing (available for other image product content type, like, Image - Additional View 1)
