Hi Eugen,

As we use to say IANAL, but it seems to me that a mention of the "product" (data) and license in the LICENSE file should be enough.

I though recommend to open a Legal Jira before doing that. To be sure we don't miss anything: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-1
