I think we may need more detail on exactly what data is going to be used.

I'm not 100% sure but it seem data from that site are under multiple licenses the OGL, Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution and Open Data Commons Attribution License. The OGL and ODC licenses have not been categorised in the late FAQ, creative commons has and use of any CC licensed material can be problematic. [2]
