Let me be clear, frank and direct: there is nothing to fix in the code! It's all about data. If you read the code you will understand that. To have the amount field showing you need to have a positive inventory (stock) of the GC-002 product. So you need 1st to understand how to fill the stock of a product.
I have never used "Authorize.net" so I can't help you on that.
