Hi Zeina,

I beginned to review your file. Here are my 1st.comments.

. This is not a patch. A patch is a diff file. To create a diff File (aka patch) you may use Subversion diff option or any tool like Subclipse in Eclipse, or Tortoise on WIndows, etc.
Please read carefully http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBADMIN/OFBiz+Contributors+Best+Practices. Also try to use an as fresh as possible version of OFBiz to create your patch, use :

. For legal reasons you shoud check the "ASF Granted License" option before submitting your patch

.  If you create *new* files in your patch, for legal reasons the header should be :

           Licensed to the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) under one
           or more contributor license agreements. See the NOTICE file
           distributed with this work for additional information

Please have a look at      http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBIZ/Mini-Language+Guide+%28work+in+progress...%29 and use an XML annotation/documentation aware editor (this issue will told you more about that point : https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-571)
