I can relate to the arguments, both the complaints about the products and the drive to onboard more and diverse contributors and committers.
But we have to consider that if we were to move all kinds of documents into OFBiz and make it available as part of a release we will increase the size of our product considerably. We have to take into the equation, that the users are not waiting to get loads of development documentation etc. They prefer to have that in the hands of the system integrators.
