I downloaded the Birt runtime, but what should I do with it? I have never used Birt apart some test as user in OFBiz, so I'm a bit lost.

Also before committing I will need to resolve OFBIZ-5267. Because the solution of uncommenting the Birt webapps as suggested in OFBIZ-5297 breaks the contextual help for those applications.
