I agree with the removal of the Frysian language elements. Though it is an official minority language and the other official language of the Netherlands, the adoption of OFBiz by Frysian users is zero.

I believe we, as a community, should focus on good UI localization, and identify the languages that should go into trunk and branches.
That doesn't mean that contributors shouldn't create issues and patches for the languages that they want to maintain for users that want to implement these in their local setup.
