This is related with https://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1361130

So to test, I temporarily added the birt-ordermngr controller to the main ordermngr controller and removed the call to the main ordermngr controller from the birt-ordermngr controller. It works, though as said Jacopo not following best practices, notably would mean a dependency from specialpurpose/birt component to order component. So it's not a satisfying solution
