I agree for UtilDateTime.nowTimestamp(), I don't see a reason why using UtilDateTime.nowDate() there.
OK, I got your point. Anyway, adding this information seems better than avoiding it. I will commit it in trunk (w/ UtilDateTime.nowTimestamp()) and will backport later...
