Actually, the service I was thinking of is copyWorkEffort that I added in rev 1164773. I apologize for the confusion.
Normally, we CANCEL a workeffort (soft delete) instead of actually removing WorkEffort entity values. If you really want to do that, then you can copy and modify the copyWorkEffort service. It uses the entity models to find all related entities - which is more reliable than the hard-coded list in the deleteWorkEffort service.
