A facility is not a postal address and a postal address is not a facility. A postal address will have a facility, but a facility might not have an address. That is why both entities need a geo point.
In the case where a facility has a postal address, there is the potential to have duplicate geo points (one for the facility and one for the postal address), but business rules or a best practice can describe how to avoid that.
