You could say that nowadays a good HRM solutions would deliver functions in the interlinking areas of:
- Employee Reqruitment, Registration and Renumeration (including aspects related to social security and employee insurance plans)
- Employee Performance Evaluation and Talent Development
- Employee Self Service (for more insights see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Employee_Self_Service)

When following this division, the solution could fall under the last area.
