Hi Rong,
The error occurred when I downloaded a CSV from browser. It always work before this patch was committed.
I have added 'focus=""' to renderFieldTitle in my framework\widget\templates\csvFormMacroLibrary.ftl and it works now. But I think we should do something to fix this error.
