My votes would be:
* change date format to "dd HH:mm:ss,SSS"

I don't find the opposed format clearer than the existing one

* set additivity=true for freemarker

(but in your patch you are changing additivity for all the loggers)

* not zipping rolling files

* keeping 10 rolling files

* adding error.log
