Thanks Pieere, Yes we can configure the image location, and I am not saying that user should have to use only framework/images location for image management.
I am saying that we need to move static resources to much logical place, currently these are located at images webapp and that does not make sense, we have resources component already and we can move static resources to this component.
I tried to explain with one situation
