No, it wasn't.
Now, I think the source code of this patch is no more compatible but I think it's really important to have the current work of this branch in the trunk.
Even if the theme is not ready.
I work on a customer needs for a new 2nd level menu and in the 13.07, it's a nightmare. HtmlRenderer is in java that need to be compiled.
I want to post a new theme (not with bootstrap) and the rendering excluding from the framework is essential :)
So I'll come back soon to push this method in the trunk.
