Hi Prateek,
It looks like to me some problem related to setup. I have setup the trunk on my local environment with data 'load-demo' but couldn't replicate your problem. Also checked at -
http://demo-stable-ofbiz.apache.org/ecommerce and
http://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org/ecommerce error is not coming with DemoCustomer as well with admin user.
At all the places sendGoogleCheckoutRequest service also exists. Lastly for Quotes tab usage you may ask question on ofbiz user list or if you are facing any problem while setup or anything else ofbiz user list is best place. IMO this ticket can be closed as invalid, but let the other community member to confirm my understanding.
