Hello Rohit,

Thanks for your comment and details. Your details make sense to me. You can do as below:
-- Calculate the manual sales tax applied to order
-- Add calculated manual sales tax to the current calculated tax
-- Then allow system to compare both the taxes

Let me know your thoughts.
