The issue being raise because Orbital option (like other 3rd party gateways) is being provided under the "Payment Gateway Config" tab of "Accounting Manager" . So first impression will be it's ability to configure from "Accounting" only.
I'm not aware from which business perspective "Orbital Payment Gateway" is plan to configure / use in different way other than other 3rd party payment gateways and can't find find Apache official document which can give idea about it's implementation.
A/C to code, it seems that they're planning to use orbital properties from "linehandler.properties" file, but can't see it's implemented. Could you please guide how it can be implemented in OFBiz to use it for transaction?
