For the question 1:
I think you mean it's too large to patch it into the trunk. You may think it's too dangerous to do so. If so, I agree with you. I'll submit the patches one by one.
For the question 2:
It took me 2 months to translate the properties. And the replace licence is quite new. I don't mind to spend 20 more minutes to change the licence to the latest one.
For the question 3:
As OFBiz covers many areas which I am not good at, I think the translations can be improved persistently, changes are inevitable.
