If you don't understand the viewpoints which led to the functionality currently implemented, how can you do a patch? Isn't that a bit premature?

There is a break statement in the workOrderItemFulfillment loop with a comment that says only the first one is needed. I don't understand why only the first one is needed and propose showing all of them.
