For point 2 I agree it works when you get to
# http://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org/accounting/control/TrialBalance?organizationPartyId=Company
# pick a "Custom Time Period Id" (default works also)
# Submit

Then the CSV export works but not the PDF, this in trunk demo. I will create a sub-task for that, same for the point 3. This was my intention initially when I stumbled upon this while working on a custom project (see in description)
