The patch to this issue will replace OFBIZ-6350 which will be closed as invalid. OFBIZ-6350 was created to hide blank rows that appeared for the form widget replacement of the FTL of OFBIZ-6352. A better approach that provides more control is to extend form widget rows to handle an ignore-when attribute similar to what was introduced in OFBIZ-4481 for form fields. The dependent issues that were dependent on OFBIZ-6350 will be updated to use the functionality that will be provided by this patch.
