Induced <entity> to the external datasource table threw an error about CREATED_STAMP, etc. fields not existing.  I was able to resolve by adding <entity> attribute no-auto-stamp="true".  Should the patch be updated to include this by default?  Is there a more universal way of disabling the auto-fields for external datasource tables?
