OK Deepak, since you did not ask on dev ML, here is my opinion :).
I think it's natural to see things change on screen when you change them in DB. It gives users the kind of feedback they need to believe in the product they use (OFBiz!)...
On the other hand, what does the ajaxified flow for upload party content add (sorry focused on something else)?
