I just retested. It worked well this time.
Just that I find confusing the same name for the 2 fieds "Quote Content Type" and "Content Type Id" in French (both are "Type de contenu")
And the mime types contains escaped characters:

Image/gif
text/enriched
{noformat}
BTW we have still this old issue: when you change the language just after quitting a layered-modal form you get back with a not theme styled plain HTML page like this
