Hi Pierre Smits,
I run the command ./ant load-demo and data of HumanResDemoData.xml is loaded successfully on both MySQL and Derby.

Following are the details of my local box:
OFBiz Version: Trunk
Mysql version: 5.5.47
Operating System: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
